Join our Transport UK and Ireland department as our new Senior Contracts Advisor and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Senior Contracts Advisor, you will negotiate, review, and draft documentation for the UK and Ireland Transport business to mitigate and amend current draft contracts to reduce risk. You will be part of our Transport UK and Ireland department, where you will collaborate closely with project teams and the commercial team.You will work in a lively, innovative, and supportive environment. Working at our London office, you will have the opportunity to engage in diverse projects, contributing to sustainable solutions and contract administration. Our team values celebrating milestones and fostering strong working relationships across our offices.Your key responsibilities will be:Reviewing contracts and other legal documents, identifying and communicating potential legal implications Negotiating, reviewing, and drafting documentation to mitigate risks in current contractsProviding legal information, conducting training, and communicating relevant Ramboll policies and procedures to the commercial teamsSupporting project teams on administering contracts and advising on legal implicationsAdhering to Ramboll''s internal policies and governanceAbout youLegal qualifications (LLB or equivalent) with relevant experience in engineering/constructionPrior contract experience within a consultancy or engineering company in construction, environmental, or infrastructure industryProven experience in contract drafting and redlining contractsExcellent communication and drafting skills · Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentationsStrong self-learning and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with diverse cultures and interact with all organizational levelsAbility to apply a commercial and pragmatic approach when advising on contractsWhat we can offer youCommitment to your developmentLeaders guided by our Leadership PrinciplesA culture that welcomes you as the unique person you areInspiration from colleagues, clients, and projectsThe long-term thinking of a foundation-owned companyFlexible work environment27 days annual leave plus bank holidaysMatched pension contributionsPrivate medical cover and life assuranceReady to join us?Please submit your application with your up-to-date CV.
