Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager – Demolition / Diamond Cutting / Building
Location: Mitcham, London
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)

With a strong reputation for safety, technical expertise, and reliability, we are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join our leadership team and oversee the successful delivery of our growing pipeline of work.

The Role
As Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects from contract award through to completion. You will ensure that all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage contracts across demolition, diamond cutting, and building projects.

• Lead project teams, providing commercial and operational guidance.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Monitor budgets, costs, and programme delivery, driving efficiency and value.

• Negotiate and manage contracts, subcontracts, and supply chain agreements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key partners.

• Provide strategic input to directors to support company growth and development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in demolition, diamond cutting, or building sectors.

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Sound understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability.
