This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced contracts professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of cladding remediation and façade improvement works across a portfolio of high-rise residential properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing specialist cladding contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality and regulatory standards.
