Senior Contracts ManagerIndustrial Roofing and Cladding ContractorSalary: 65,000 - 80,000 + Company Vehicle / Car Allowance + Performance BonusThe OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join an established and growing specialist industrial roofing and cladding contractor.This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with responsibility for overseeing the Contracts Management function and ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially and to the highest possible standard.The business specialises in industrial and commercial roofing, sheeting and cladding, with approximately 90% of its work focused on refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to the existing Contracts Managers, while maintaining oversight of major projects, commercial performance, client relationships and operational delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide senior leadership and direction to the Contracts Management team.Oversee and support a team of Contracts Managers across multiple roofing and cladding projects.Report directly to the Managing Director on operational performance, project progress, commercial performance and key risks.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Maintain strong oversight of project costs, margins, variations, valuations and final accounts.Review project programmes and ensure effective management ..... full job details .....
