Senior Contracts Manager

Our client is a well-established principal contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex façade and cladding packages across the residential sector. Due to continued growth and a strong secured pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contracts / Operations Manager to lead their operational delivery team. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple live projects while managing a team of Operations Managers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to the Director, you will provide strategic leadership across the business''s façade and cladding operations, driving performance, mentoring operational teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. You will oversee a portfolio of high-value projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring operational excellence throughout every stage. Location : Projects are located across London, Office is based South East London Lead and manage a team of Operations Managers, providing support, mentoring and performance management. Oversee the successful delivery of multiple façade and cladding projects simultaneously. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
