The role will involve overseeing multiple residential infrastructure and groundworks packages across Essex, Suffolk and surrounding areas.The company has experienced significant growth in recent years, increasing turnover from approximately 62m to 100m while expanding its workforce by over 65%. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued expansion plans, this role offers excellent long-term career progression within a dynamic and ambitious business.The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing several live projects while supporting pre-construction planning for upcoming schemes.
