Role & Responsibilities Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of major EPC and PMC contracts – including the tendering, negotiation, award, post-award administration, and close-out. Responsible for negotiation and commercial management of all contracts relating to the engineering programme both during the design and construction phases (EPC). Prepare and issue RFPs/RFQs, oversee clarifications, conduct bid evaluations, and lead both technical and commercial assessments.
