Senior Contracts and Compliance Manager Location: London Hybrid Working Salary: £65,000 £75,000 Hours: Full-time Contract Type: Permanent The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts and Compliance Manager with a minimum of 5 6 years experience in a similar position within the construction industry, ideally within a consultancy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of contracts, providing commercial and contractual advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Working closely with service leads, project directors and wider project teams, you will provide practical, commercially focused advice and act as a trusted business partner. You will also support the organisation across regulatory, operational and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities Contracts and Commercial Support Review industry-standard contracts, including NEC forms, identifying key risks, responsibilities and compliance requirements. Work with external legal advisers where required to address contractual and legal matters. Lead routine commercial and contractual negotiations within delegated authority. Escalate significant commercial or legal risks to senior leadership or external legal advisers as appropriate.
