The role will focus heavily on contract review, commercial risk, negotiation and contract management, from pre-contract through to project delivery. Key responsibilities Review and negotiate construction contracts and T&Cs. Identify and manage commercial and contractual risk. Manage project budgets, procurement and financial controls.
