They are looking for someone to head up a long term contract and join the business in an exciting period of growth. Within this position you will be responsible for managing the delivery of SHDF and Planned Maintenance schemes across London and Essex. Projects that are being delivered will be across low and high rise tower blocks and scattered properties for a large housing association client. The Role;Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring PandL, budgets and deadlines are met. You would also be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP and programming of works and budgeting.
