Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contract Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple planned works contracts.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading operational teams, and is passionate about delivering high-quality housing improvements for residents.The RoleReporting to the Operations Director, you will take full responsibility for managing multiple planned works contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Projects typically include:Internal and external refurbishmentsKitchen and bathroom replacementsWindow and door programmesRoofing worksExternal decorationsEnergy efficiency and retrofit programmesDecent Homes and planned maintenance schemesKey ResponsibilitiesLead the operational delivery of multiple planned works contracts across East London and Essex.Manage Contract Managers, Site Managers and operational teams to achieve programme, quality and financial targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with local authority and housing association clients.Ensure projects are ..... full job details .....
