You will be the interface between the Contract Consultants and the Contract Managers, and manage the Supervisors within the immediate team. Acting as the interface between clients and the Adecco staff you will ensure maximum client satisfaction by monitoring and achieving Gate line compliance and managing staff sickness and absence to ensure all shifts are fulfilled. This role will help to drive and deliver on Client expectations and ensure they are exceeded. You will have a team of Supervisors on the Account that will report into you and you will set their schedule for the week and ensure that all tasks and duties are carried out.
