Senior Contract Consultant

Reporting to the Contract Manager, the primary function of the Senior Contract Consultant is to manage the day-to-day operations and service requirements for SWR within the Rail division. You will be the interface between the Contract Consultants and the Contract Managers, and manage the Supervisors within the immediate team.Acting as the interface between clients and the Adecco staff you will ensure maximum client satisfaction by monitoring and achieving Gate line compliance and managing staff sickness and absence to ensure all shifts are fulfilled.
