Senior Contract and Performance Manager (Planned and Cost Management) (Ref 2026-78) Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast To assist the Assistant Director of Asset Management, Project Delivery in developing a comprehensive approach to cost management in monitoring and supporting the delivery of the planned maintenance contracts across the NIHE stock. The post holder will influence the performance of NIHE''s planned maintenance service that will ensure the delivery of a first class service to its customers, ensuring the condition of its assets is maintained and ensuring improved value for money is obtained and increased. The current salary for this post is £53,460 - £63,580 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
