You’ll be working with the cross-functional teams that make up Receive — a squad that helps millions of people and businesses get paid. The Receive squad is central to Wise’s mission of building an open, fair and human financial system.In this role, you’ll enable customers to receive money from all over the world — quickly, easily and with absolute confidence. It might be a new business getting paid by their first customer, friends paying each other back after a meal out, or larger companies regularly receiving millions of pounds, yen or dollars.Every single payment is important — no matter what size or how it’s made. So, you’ll invest time deeply understanding our customers and their needs, designing and delivering experiences that make these transactions clear, engaging and effortless.You will also be part of the Content Guild, and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.Here’s how you’ll contribute

Accomplished Senior Content Designer with experience shipping world-class consumer productsHands on experience delivering creative and product content in fast paced, engineering-led environmentsStrong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teamsYou’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity — and can successfully collaborate in this environmentFamiliarity with design processes and experience validating how content solves real customer problemsExceptional content craft and a desire for qualityWillingness to give and receive constructive feedbackHeads up, this probably isn’t for you if

Your experience is mostly in marketing content, advertising, journalism or social media – and you have no hands-on experience of content design or working in UX.You’re not comfortable navigating complexity and working in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Information
