Someone who can bring creativity and clarity to every touchpoint and can turn complex concepts into something simple, human, and engaging.You’re an exceptional Content Designer with an interest in health technology that solves real-world user problems as well as designing experiments that boost metrics. You can flex between prototyping new products, designing end-to-end experiences, and creating compelling microcopy such as feature overviews, error messages, and push notifications. You’re comfortable coming up with solutions and new processes, challenging ways of working while also listening to understand and serve business needs.You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You’re confident explaining your hypotheses and the process behind your decisions. You’re happy to run workshops, crits, and reviews to improve your work and that of other content designers. You lead by example—sharing work and critiquing others based on business needs, user needs, and best practices.You collaborate well with Product Management, Product Design, Analysts, Research, Engineering, etc. You’re a strong planner who thrives on variety and a fast-paced environment. You contribute to planning and prioritization at both the product and Content Design team levels. You continually seek opportunities to improve the business, experience, workflows, or processes. You have a passion for Content Design and the value it adds to the design process.Your Experience
Must have:Content Design expertise and attention to detail.Experience co-designing with product designers in collaborative tools.Excellent communication skills—ability to influence and advocate for Content Design at all levels, from product designers to senior stakeholders.A portfolio demonstrating impact.An interest in growth and revenue, as part of the Commercial stream.What you''ll be doing
Responsibilities include:Create clear, concise, and compelling content for features, widgets, paywalls, and more.Collaborate with Product Designers, Researchers, Analysts, and Product Managers to define new experiences.Develop ideas to improve user experiences and generate new revenue streams.Advocate for Content Design within your team and the wider community.Lead workshops, crits, and reviews.Support junior Content Designers.Identify and work on areas for improvement across content disciplines and product streams.Coordinate with Localization to ensure messaging consistency across markets.Promote human-centered design, readability, accessibility, and creativity.Share best practices, collaborate, and train to develop team skills.Salary Range: £64,000—£68,000 GBP per year. Ranges may vary depending on skills, competencies, and experience.Reward
