Mesh-AI is on a mission to be the world’s leading Data and AI consultancy. To fuel this ambition, we are looking for a Senior Consulting Director to strengthen the FSI practice. You will take ownership of a portfolio of accounts from a strategy and delivery perspective as well as lead a sub-vertical (Capital Markets, Insurance, Banking) within the practice. You will be pioneering the adoption of data and AI into the largest and most complex FSI organisations in the market today.Opportunity

You will take ownership of a portfolio of accounts from a strategy and delivery perspective as well as lead a sub-vertical (Capital Markets, Insurance, Banking) within the practice. You will be pioneering the adoption of data and AI into the largest and most complex FSI organisations in the market today.

You have deep industry and technology knowledge with a focus on Data and AI and demonstrate the ability to sell and advise at the most senior level of large Enterprises (C-level, Business Leadership, Technology).

Responsibilities

Be a key contributor to the shaping and delivery of Mesh-AI’s strategy for FSITake leadership of a subvertical within the Financial Services practiceGrow the FSI business significantly above benchmarkDesign ambitious and audacious strategic deals which allow our customers to disrupt their industry through Data and AI; win and take ownership of the delivery of these dealsOwn end to end pre-sales and delivery for a portfolio of customers, taking responsibility for the teams and the PnL of the portfolio. Ultimately take responsibility for customer success and growth of the partnership with Mesh-AIBecome a trusted advisor for the most senior leaders at our customerProvide bar raising, industry focused thought leadership and operate within key industry forums to represent Mesh-AI

Requirements

Deep industry knowledge in a specific Industry vertical (Capital Markets, Banking or Insurance); experience working directly at a financial services organisation is a significant plusExperience within a Services business, demonstrating high growth of portfolio of accounts over a sustained period and balanced with delivery ownershipDemonstrable delivery experience of multi-year, multi-million programmes of work and/or budgets with significant complexityExperience and passion of the Data and AI market, with the ability to articulate a perspective on how they are disrupting the industryAbility to lead by example and live our company values: Own It, Drive Excellence, Act with Integrity, Think Customer First and Go Big and Innovate
