Senior Consultant - Real Estate Advisory Health

is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting (REC) team. We work with health and social care clients nationally to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities, helping clients build the case for change and make the best real estate investment decisions.Key responsibilities include:Preparation of business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC), estate/property strategies, property target operating models, and change managementContributing to healthcare estate planning and development projects and infrastructure programmesDeveloping healthcare estate strategies and authoring business cases using the HM Treasury 5-case modelUnderstanding and supporting business case development stages from Project Initiation to Full Business CaseEngaging with clients at all levels, managing client relationships, and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teamsDemonstrating programme/project management, capital projects, and contract management skillsHandling data sets and analysing/presenting data to inform proposed solutionsTravel flexibly as required and adapt to new sectors or environmentsYou and Your BackgroundWe are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, flexible and has excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels and nurture relationships.QualificationsEssentialBachelor’s degreeProject Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, MSP) or equivalent experienceBusiness Case Writing skills or equivalent experienceExperience working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and managing changeProject management planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of the HM Treasury 5-case model and experience supporting business case authoring and developmentExperience working with large and complex data setsExcellent interpersonal, persuasion and influencing skillsStrong written and oral communication skills and the ability to manage client relationshipsFinancial literacy and commercial understanding; ability to analyse and present data to support evidence-based solutionsAbility to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly to changing project requirementsGood data management practicesDesirableRelevant industry qualifications (Surveying, Engineering, Financial, Accounting)Evidence of continuing professional developmentBetter Business Case AccreditationExperience of strategic infrastructure programmes in large/complex organisationsProject management experience in Health or Social Care servicesAbility to lead and develop Business Case for major capital investment opportunitiesData analysis skills using tools like MS Excel or Power BIAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
