The successful candidate will help define future-state knowledge architecture, information structures, governance models, and AI-readiness capabilities while working closely with business and technology stakeholders across multiple regions. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine future-state information and knowledge architecture.Assess current-state knowledge ecosystems, repositories, and content structures.Design metadata models, taxonomy frameworks, and semantic structures.Support development of Knowledge Management operating models and governance frameworks.Contribute to AI-readiness assessments and knowledge enablement strategies.Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.Define migration approaches for knowledge assets and content repositories.Collaborate with architecture, platform, and transformation teams.Prepare executive-level recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
