Competitive (including bonus)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Consultant

using MSBI Stack . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding business requirements, designing and reviewing technical solutions, validating architecture, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Experience in Data modeling. The role involves close collaboration with Architects and Business Analysts to define data requirements, create Source-to-Target mappings, and design ETL pipelines based on business documentation.

Insurance domain experience is a plus(Commercial/Speciality Insurance)Roles and Responsibilities

10+ years of experience and a minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in MSBI(SSIS)Lead ETL and reporting design efforts; provide technical inputs to delivery teams.Conduct technical risk assessments, code reviews, and unit test plan evaluations.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Guide offshore teams in developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables.Contribute to detailed design, architecture, and implementation artifacts, including ETL development, testing support, and deployment.Collaborate regularly with Data Architects, Data Modelers, and Testing teams to ensure seamless delivery.Diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions, and support deployment to ensure client satisfaction.Maintain high standards of service delivery in a regulated technology environment.Required Skills and Experience

MSBI (SSIS)Mandatory : Minimum

5–7 years

of hands-on experience in SSIS/SQL ServerSQLMandatory : Strong proficiency in SQL scripting.Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Microsoft FabricNice to Have : Experience or Exposure in

any one

of these technologies.Power BI, Confluent CloudNice to Have : Exposure or experience in

either

of these technologies is beneficial.Python/PySpark/FiveTranNice to Have : Exposure or experience is a plus.Strong SQL skills, including complex query writing (MS SQL Server)Good experience in data modelingIn-depth knowledge of Data Lakes and related modulesFair understanding of data modeling concepts and data productsFamiliarity with DW/BI/AI solution architectureExperience with Agile methodologiesStrong client interfacing and team management capabilitiesLogical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skillsExperience working in highly regulated environmentsPreferred
