As a Senior Consultant, contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle: define the problem, propose and refine the solution, and oversee development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.Guide teams on project processes and deliverables; contribute to proposal development, client training, internal capability-building, and detail the project scope.Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing needs in the global landscape.Skills and Experience
Required
Experience in D365 Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Sales, Service, Field Service, MarketingExperience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deploymentHands-on experience writing plugins, workflows, JavaScripts, dialogs, etc.Excellent analytical and communication skillsNET, C#, JavaScript experience a plusWorking knowledge of CRM interoperability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure and MS BI StackC#/VB.NET, ADO.NET, XML, T-SQL, JQuery, JavaScript, Web Services, ASP.NET, and Silverlight skillsExperience in leading a teamPowerAppsPreferred
Planning and prioritization skillsExperience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processesExperience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture/design/detailing of processesManagement experience is a plusExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelTravel may be required as per job requirementsPersonal
