We provide advice to both corporate clients and trustees on a range of health and well-being employee benefits. We manage the design, broking and administration of; life assuranceincome protectioncritical illness insuranceprivate medical insurance and health cash plansdental insurancetrustee indemnity insurance and much more We design, price and place insurance with a range of insurers for both new and existing arrangements. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to further strengthen our team. What will you be doing? As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a consultant for a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors building strong client and insurer relationships. In this role, you will typically: Design and run market tenders and renewals: data capture, insurer briefings, and negotiation terms of insuranceAdvise clients and present to them their particular market options, attending meetings where necessaryManage client issues (claims escalations, underwriting queries, eligibility disputes) to resolution, coordinating with insurersMarket services to prospects and new business development What skills, qualities and experience are we looking for?
