You ll grow existing accounts, win new business, negotiate fees and collaborate with pensions and platform specialists on larger opportunities.You ll also help shape the business s healthcare and risk propositions, particularly corporate and international healthcare, delivering valuable solutions that support clients and their employees.We re seeking someone with extensive employee benefits consulting experience, strong knowledge of group risk and healthcare markets, and a proven track record in business development and managing key client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential, alongside a proactive, collaborative approach.A Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS), ACII or progress towards a relevant qualification is desirable.Why join?
