Operate as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with autonomy to map, attend meetings and fill your own diary.Work from home 1 day per week and spend time in the office to build relationships, manage database, and book appointments.Leverage an existing customer base across Manchester to provide temporary or permanent recruitment solutions.Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, competitive environment; work with support from the Director who has extensive recruitment experience.Proactively source and win new business accounts in Industrial, Driving or high street recruitment (perm or temp).Qualifications

Experience as a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant or 360 Recruitment Consultant.Experience in Industrial, Driving, or high street recruitment perms or temps.Experience working in or with the North West Region and recruiting into the sectors above.Proven track record of securing and winning new business in the relevant sectors.Notes
