to join our dynamic and international team in Barcelona! As part of our

The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.Interesting information about HEMA: We are a dynamic and expert team of more than 80 collaborators, located in 8 countries (Canada, U.S.A, Spain, France, U.K., China, Bulgaria and Tunisia), gathering more than 15 different nationalities, our main activities are Health Economics, Evidence Value and Access, and Biostatistics.Let us show you what you could do with us, and how you can impact the world being a HEMA consultant:Your Responsibilities:You will join the team as Senior Consultant in Health Economics and HTA:Act as a lead analyst on projects including Health Economics (CEM, BIMs, cost-calculator etc.), HTA submissions. In that role:Interact with the client to have a good understanding of their needIdentify optimal methodological solutions to address the needLead the implementation of the corresponding solution and development of high-quality deliverablesLead client meetingsAct as a project manager on projects including Health Economics and HTAsAct as the main point of contact to the clientCoordinate the work of team members internallyRepresent company expertise in capabilities, presentations, conferences, and external events, and contribute to the preparation of proposalsProviding management and technical support to other team members within the Health Economics and Market Access departmentCoach junior team members (guidance on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development).Responsibilities:Responsible for delivering on a cluster of projects within the Health Economics and HTA teamActs as Project Manager, Lead Analyst and/or technical advisor on projects within your specialtyOperational Excellence:Accountable for quality checking that the staffing on projects within your cluster is optimalSafeguard for quality of deliverables within your cluster–set standards of excellence and transmit know-how to project teams and delivery managers under your supervisionBusiness Development support:Supporting development of project extensions or the proactive creation of opportunities with existing clients to strengthen partnerships with key accountsSupporting the development of proposals within area of expertiseYour Qualifications:You hold an advanced degree (minimum Master’s or equivalent) in Health Economics, Biostatistics, or a related field.You have over four years of relevant experience in health economics and HTA, with solid knowledge of submissions in key markets.You are proficient in Excel and VBA; experience with R is a plus.You can independently design, organize, implement, and present project plans, while also working effectively within a team.You demonstrate strong project management and leadership skills, with experience supervising project teams.You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and speaking, with clients and team members.You bring a creative mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.You are fluent in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an asset.What You’ll Get From Us:Diversity and Inclusion:
