What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Assignment Services team. This is a client-facing role where you’ll play a key part in helping multinational companies manage their globally mobile employees — from tax and payroll to relocation and policy support.

You’ll work with some of the biggest brands in the world, helping them run smooth international assignments while gaining hands-on experience in consulting, project management, and global mobility.

Your Day-to-Day Could Include:

Being the go-to advisor for international assignees and global mobility teamsHandling queries, running video briefings, and offering real-time supportReviewing assignment documentation like compensation packages and cost estimatesCollaborating with teams across borders (including our offshore hubs)Keeping projects on track and ensuring we hit our service goalsHelping develop solutions that make global moves easier for companies and their peopleGetting involved in proposal work and new business opportunitiesContinuously looking for ways to improve how we work

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have a decade of experience — what matters most is your mindset. If you’re naturally curious, confident with numbers, love solving problems, and care about making things better for clients and teammates, you’ll thrive here.

Ability to analyse and interpret data and articulate these findings succinctlyStrong communicator (written and verbal)Great with people – confident in building relationshipsComfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritiesSharp attention to detailAnalytical thinker who enjoys making things run betterConfident with Excel and Word (PowerPoint is a plus!)Curious about global business, tax, HR, and international mobilityTeam player who’s also happy to take initiativeExperience in assignment management, HR, tax, or global mobility is great, but not essential — we’ll support your development every step of the way.
