This is an excellent long-term contract where you''ll manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of compliance. The Role As the Project Manager , you will: Manage multiple construction, refurbishment and lifecycle projects across a live healthcare environment. Deliver projects through design, procurement, construction and handover. Coordinate contractors, consultants and specialist subcontractors. Manage project budgets, programmes, risks and stakeholder reporting. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, Health & Safety legislation and infection prevention standards. Review contractor RAMS, programmes and technical documentation. Chair project meetings and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
