Develop and support project scopes of work while working closely with designers, clients, military stakeholders, specialist contractors and project teams from concept through to completion. Attend and contribute to internal and external meetings, presenting programmes and incorporating feedback into project plans. Coordinate and review contractor and consultant programmes against master schedules, ensuring alignment and effective delivery. Analyse activities, durations, critical paths and programme risks, forecasting completion dates and recommending recovery plans where required. Manage interfaces between procurement, utilities, commissioning, construction and client activities to minimise programme impacts. Prepare and issue weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports, progress updates and programme analysis.
