Senior Construction Planner

Are you a Senior Construction Planner looking for a new challenge & the opportunity to join a tier 1 build contractor to work on some of the North of England''s leading construction projects?

With secured pipeline projects across the North of England, this Tier 1 build contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Planner to work across a number of projects within the region. The company is a multi-disciplinary build contractor that work across several sectors including education, health, government, defence, commercial, industrial & the residential sectors. They can offer excellent career progression opportunities to develop within a leading UK wide construction business working on some of the North West''s most prestigious developments.

Responsibilities for Senior Construction Planner:

• Creating comprehensive programmes incorporating all project disciplines, ensuring realistic timescales and allocating resource
• Providing and monitoring of project progress and compiling accurate reporting to project teams and clients
• Identifying risks and opportunities within the programme
• Liaison with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient project delivery

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Proven track record of construction planning experience within a main contractor environment on projects between over -10m+ - -100m
• Construction related degree (BSc / HND/C or equivalent)
• Competent user of Asta Powerproject and other planning tools
• Good attention to detail & accuracy with good interpersonal skills

Salary & Package on offer:

Base Salary -75k - -85k (dependent on level of experience)
