The role will oversee site teams, subcontractors, programme, safety, quality and coordination across multiple work packages. Key Responsibilities Lead construction delivery across designated project areas and work packages. Manage and coordinate Site Managers, engineers, subcontractors and specialist contractors. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to specification. Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical interfaces. Monitor programme performance and implement recovery plans where required. Lead construction planning, sequencing and short-term look-ahead programmes. Manage subcontractor performance, productivity and site coordination. Ensure RAMS, permits, inspections and quality requirements are fully implemented.
