Senior Construction Manager

Job Description: Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager with a strong mechanical bias to oversee the delivery of modular building projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, client-facing, and possess a background in pipefitting or mechanical systems. This role requires a proactive leader who ensures quality assurance, safety compliance, and efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage modular building projects from planning through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor QA processes to maintain high standards across all mechanical and structural aspects. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Hands-On Leadership: Provide technical guidance and practical support on-site, particularly in mechanical and pipefitting areas. Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
