Senior Construction Manager Salary: £63K P/A Base Location: London Area Salary: starting from £63,000 + annual bonus (up to 15%, performance based) Private Medical Insurance - Individual cover Additional salary enhancements: Business miles paid at £0.55/m for the first 10,000. Reporting directly to the Regional Construction Leads As a Senior Construction Manager , you''ll lead a Construction Unit responsible for delivering complex transmission infrastructure projects, combining strong leadership with excellent construction delivery and pre-construction capability. What you''ll be doing: Lead and manage a Construction Unit , overseeing the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple construction projects. Provide direct line management to a team of Construction Managers, with responsibility for coaching, performance, capability development and succession planning, whilst also providing leadership and oversight to indirect Construction Department team members, including Trainees. Ensure the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of works in line with programme, budget and quality expectations.
