As the primary on-site authority, you''ll oversee all aspects of this time-critical project from mobilisation through to completion.Responsibilities

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and the client team to ensure project requirements are metEnsure project delivery within the critical March-October timelineDirect day to day site operations and contractor coordinationCommercial Management: Work closely with the project quantity surveyor; be aware of commercial constraints throughout the project lifecycle, but not letting it compromise quality and safety; oversee cost control and value engineering initiatives; manage project variations and change ordersTeam Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate the team including supply chain; chair meetings as necessary, ensuring concise minutes are recorded; provide clear direction and guidance to team members to ensure project objectives are met; foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to productivity and safety; champion the company ethos on best use of tech products available; act as the primary point of contact for all site-related mattersQuality Control and Compliance: Familiarity with design management principles and tools for coordinating the design process, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring design intent is achieved; implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets regulatory standards and client expectations; conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues promptly; work with the HSE Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times; maintain a relentless focus on Zero Harm; maintain compliance with city centre construction regulationsRisk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions; proactively address any issues that may arise during the construction process; maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities and decisions; manage site logistics within a busy city centre environmentReporting: Aid with upstream reports; lead on certain projects as agreed with the line manager; ensure that the internal team are aware of site progress, issues/requirements; provide regular updates on project milestones and key ..... full job details .....
