This is a significant new-build project forming the third facility on an established data centre campus , incorporating two data hall floors, a ground-floor plant room and extensive associated infrastructure. The project is being delivered on a Design & Build basis across both construction and MEP packages. This is an opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to take ownership of key packages during a critical stage of the programme, with a particular focus on internal fit-out and specialist construction works .
