Senior Construction Manager - NuclearLocation: Manchester - Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote) Rate: 65- 70 per hour, Outside IR35 Contract: Long-term contract Start: ASAPThe RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead construction delivery across a major engineering programme. You will act as the senior technical authority for construction, ensuring works are delivered safely, to design, programme and contractual requirements. You will lead multidisciplinary construction teams and work closely with project management, engineering, commercial, project controls, clients and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.Ensure construction activities are delivered safely, to approved designs, quality standards and programme.Coordinate construction activities with engineering, commissioning, commercial and project controls teams.Monitor progress and provide construction reporting and assurance.Manage construction planning, site logistics, resources, plant and materials.Ensure compliance with CDM, HandS and project procedures.Develop and approve construction documentation including SSOW and Construction Phase Plans.Manage interfaces between the client, contractors, design authorities and other stakeholders.Essential ExperienceSignificant experience in a Senior Construction Management role.Strong knowledge of construction contracts and CDM ..... full job details .....
