Senior Construction Manager

Your New CompanyOur client is a leading organisation delivering major infrastructure and construction projects within highly regulated environments. Operating on large-scale programmes, they have built a reputation for delivering complex new-build projects safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.Your New RoleAs Senior Construction Manager, you will act as the primary technical authority for all construction activities on site, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with approved designs, contractual requirements and programme objectives.You will lead multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors, overseeing construction delivery from planning through to completion. Working closely with Project Managers, Commercial, Planning and Design teams, you will ensure safety, quality, programme and commissioning targets are achieved.Key responsibilities include:Leading all site construction activities and managing delivery teams and subcontractors.Acting as Principal Contractor representative where required.Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations, HSE legislation and site-specific procedures.Managing construction logistics, site establishment, welfare facilities and working areas.Overseeing programme development, progress reporting and construction assurance activities.Producing and approving key documentation including Construction Phase Plans, Safe Systems of Work and Environmental Management Plans.Coordinating interfaces between project stakeholders, ..... full job details .....
