Senior Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the delivery of data centre construction projects.
• Managing contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensuring programme, budget, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
• Coordinating project stakeholders and client requirements.
• Driving project progress from construction through to handover.
• Monitoring site performance and resolving delivery issues.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE and project standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience delivering data centre construction projects.
• Proven background as a Construction Manager or Senior Construction Manager.
• Strong understanding of construction health & safety regulations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Ability to manage project programmes and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
