Senior Construction Manager

Responsibilities: Overseeing the delivery of data centre construction projects. Managing contractors, subcontractors, and site teams. Ensuring programme, budget, quality, and safety targets are achieved. Coordinating project stakeholders and client requirements. Driving project progress from construction through to handover. Monitoring site performance and resolving delivery issues. Ensuring compliance with HSE and project standards. Requirements: Previous experience delivering data centre construction projects. Proven background as a Construction Manager or Senior Construction Manager. Strong understanding of construction health and safety regulations. Experience managing subcontractors and site teams. Ability to manage project programmes and stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Right to work in the UK. ..... full job details .....
