Senior Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality commercial office projects across Central London.

This is a key leadership role within a well-established business, offering the opportunity to work on fast-paced, technically challenging schemes.

The Role
You will take full responsibility for the delivery of commercial office projects, including both Cat A and Cat B works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site teams across multiple commercial office projects
• Oversee the delivery of Cat A and Cat B schemes from inception to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage construction programmes
• Ensure quality control, health & safety, and compliance on site
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Support and develop junior members of the team

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Cat A & Cat B commercial office projects
• Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor
• Strong leadership and site management capability
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
