Drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and related agreements.Advising on procurement strategies, risk allocation, and project delivery.Supporting property and corporate transactions on construction aspects.Advising on dispute avoidance and handling adjudications, arbitrations, or litigation.Working closely with partners and senior colleagues while supporting and mentoring junior team members.Candidate profile

Senior Associate level or aboveStrong background in non-contentious construction; contentious experience welcome but not essential.Able to manage complex matters independently, while also collaborating across teams.Commercially focused with excellent drafting and client management skills.What’s on offer
