The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on construction experience, strong leadership skills, an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple finishing trades and subcontractors through to project completion and handover. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all finishing works from the relevant stage of construction through to practical completion and handover. Manage and direct finishing trades, subcontractors, and site operatives on a daily basis. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Coordinate activities including drylining, plastering, rendering, screeding, tiling, flooring, painting and decorating, carpentry, joinery, doors, ironmongery, kitchens, bathrooms, and final finishes.
