The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm''s new business acceptance process, conducting detailed conflicts research and AML reviews while providing high-quality advice and support to Partners and senior stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Conducting initial conflicts reviews, obtaining relevant information from Partners, Associates and Secretaries, and preparing comprehensive search termsUndertaking corporate research to identify relevant entities, subsidiaries and affiliatesReviewing conflicts search results, identifying potential conflicts and business issues, and escalating relevant matters to Conflicts LawyersPreparing clear and accurate conflicts reports and maintaining detailed records of research, communications and resolutionsResearching, identifying and verifying new ..... full job details .....
