Senior Configuration Management Lead

Our client is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Lead to deliver modern, automated Configuration Management (CM) systems for complex defence projects.

You will provide technical leadership, supporting and developing a high-performing CM team, while championing continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining scalable CM processes
• Overseeing robust change control and version management (using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira)
• Ensuring full lifecycle integrity of Configurable Items (CIs)
• Collaborating across engineering, programmes, quality, and operations
• Ensuring transparent, real-time configuration data and compliance with Def Stan 05-57, ISO10007, and EN9100 standards

Qualifications

• Relevant degree (CMII or CM2-P preferred)
