This is an opportunity for a talented and ambitious designer to take ownership of projects from initial brief through to completion, leading design concepts, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating closely with clients and project delivery teams. The Role As Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading workplace design projects, developing creative concepts, and ensuring exceptional design standards throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead workplace interior design projects from concept through to delivery. Develop innovative design strategies and creative concepts in response to client briefs. Produce presentations, mood boards, space planning layouts, and design documentation. Present concepts confidently to clients and key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with technical, commercial, and project delivery teams. Specify finishes, furniture, fixtures, and materials. Support and mentor junior designers within the team.
