Based in Cambridge, they are seeking an experienced Computational Scientist to develop bioinformatic algorithms and pipelines and prototype data analysis solutions for the early R&D phase. This will initially be contract position of 9-12 months with the potential to become a permanent position. Key Responsibilities As the Senior Computational Scientist, you will be supporting the development of pioneering new cancer diagnostic approaches. Key duties will include: Contribute to the development of novel methodologies and algorithms. Perform computational analysis from new and custom assay prototypes (e.g., NGS-based assays). Provide innovative in-silico solution to investigate or interpret existing and novel data, using internal or external data sources.
