Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will support the efficient running of the department, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within required timescales. Responsibilities Template and produce new products. Laminate parts and tooling across a broad range of products. Check drawings and route card instructions are clear and correct. Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency. Operate autoclaves and ovens. Assist with the training and development of laminators. Maintain all equipment and ensure it is kept in good working order. Ensure the department and work areas are kept clean and tidy. Support the Team Leader with the efficient running of the department. Ensure jobs are completed to the required quality standards and timescales. Skills and Experience Previous experience as a Composite Laminator, ideally at a senior level.
