This Senior Compliance Manager role sits as part of a well established Legal and Compliance team, covering sanctions, AML, ABAC, ethics and fraud. This role oversees all ethics and compliance for the (primarily) UK based based Trading and Marketing teams.Develop and manage compliance frameworks to meet regulatory requirements.Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary mitigation strategies.Monitor and report on compliance issues to senior management and stakeholders.Provide guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory changes.Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure compliance alignment.Review and update policies and procedures to reflect evolving regulations.Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Compliance Manager should have:A strong background in compliance within the energy and natural resources sector.Proven experience in developing and managing compliance frameworks.Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.A degree in law, business, or a related field.What\''s on Offer
