Senior Compliance Manager , joining a thriving Food Retail Services / FMCG company (Fantastic company, with multi billion turnover).This company places immense value on their staff, and is one of the best places for an individual to work in.This role is based is Hybrid working - 2 days at home and 3 days in Belfast Office (Dargan Crescent). Permanent - Monday - Friday position.SalaryFully Negotiable + Bonus + Fantastic Benefits Package and Growth OpportunitiesJob PurposeLead all compliance aspects across Wholesale, Foodservice, Retail and Alcohol.

Implement legislative changes (e.g., Windsor Framework, DRS, AWRS, EPR).

Manage current and future compliance requirements.

Update policies and procedures to reflect legislative changes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate compliance processes and records.

Provide expert input to business decision-making.

Ensure all transactions comply with procedures and legislation.

Liaise with internal and external auditors as needed.

Support Finance in meeting legal and statutory compliance.

Manage Compliance team, including Managers and Support Assistants.

Standardise processes and lead compliance reviews across teams.
