The role provides day-to-day leadership of the Compliance function, acting as the primary operational lead for compliance oversight activities, intermediary oversight, compliance monitoring and regulatory implementation. The Compliance Manager will deputise for the Head of Compliance where appropriate and ensure the effective delivery of compliance activities across the business. The role is hybrid, combining strategic oversight with operational leadership. Regular travel throughout the UK will be required to support Regional Compliance Managers, undertake compliance reviews, engage with business stakeholders and retailers, and represent the Compliance function where appropriate.   KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS Educated to a degree level - Bachelor''s degree in finance, risk management, business administration, or a related field.
