This is a senior role responsible for building safety, statutory compliance, facilities management and maintenance across a complex residential portfolio. You ll provide strategic leadership, oversee Building Safety Act and Higher-Risk Building requirements, manage compliance and assurance, and lead a team of property/facilities professionals.
